All orders are processed and shipped from our supplier. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sales promotions. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
The delivery time depends on your country of residence and the shipping method selected at checkout. Due to the current high demand, some orders may take over 2 weeks.

As we want to process orders as quickly as possible, changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this period will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.
